LPPM UPR

Wednesday, 8th December 2021. Palangka Raya University is appointed as the host of the 10th National Community Service Program in 2022, therefore LPPM UPR as the institution in charge of the programme invited Dr. Hasrullah, MA from Hasanuddin University, Makasar to discuss the programme. Dr. Hasrullah, MA is one of the initiators of the National Community Service Program. The discussion was attended by the Head of LPPM and lecturers from Palangka Raya University. The agenda of discussion is to formulate the form and activities in the National Community Service Program and also to discuss the presence of ministers and national figures in the opening ceremony.

In his presentation, Dr. Hasrullah, MA said the the students who took part in the National Community Service were students who excel in both academically and non-academically so they could contribute meaningful innovations to the village.  Dr. Hasrullah, MA also said the National Community Program should be managed properly and follow the development of digital technology. He also stated that safety is the most important matter in the programme therefore the collaboration with the TNI will beneficial in order to change the student’s mentality and the legality of the programme from the Directorate General of Higher Education

The purpose of the National Community Service Programme is to unite the students from different regions with a spirit of nationalism. Palangka Raya University choose a theme” United the student from different countries with the spirit of nationalism
